Account and profile data: display name, email, phone number, user type, account type, and account status-related fields.

Transaction and usage data: listings posted, inquiries sent/received, billing requests, payment references, proof uploads, wallet/credit history, and platform activity needed for security and audit.

3. Why We Process Data

We process personal data to create and secure accounts, publish listings, deliver inquiry features, process plan/package requests, verify submitted payment proofs, enforce platform policies, and provide support.

We may also process data to comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, and defend legal claims.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We share data only as necessary for service operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. Access is role-limited (for example, admins handling moderation and billing verification).

We do not sell personal data. Where third-party providers are used for hosting or infrastructure, processing is limited to service delivery and security needs.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for declared service purposes, legal compliance, security, support, and legitimate business records.

No system is completely risk-free. Users should also protect their credentials and report suspected account compromise immediately.
