Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Parentahan, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

These terms apply to all users, including renters, property owners, property agents, and administrators.

2. Service Scope

Parentahan is a rental listing and inquiry platform. Parentahan does not own, broker, inspect, or guarantee listed properties, and is not a party to rental agreements made between users.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any lease, payment, or property-related transaction.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Parentahan may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, platform rules, or applicable law.

4. Listings and User Content

Users must only post lawful, truthful, and non-misleading listing and inquiry content. Prohibited content includes fraudulent listings, impersonation, harassment, and unlawful offers.

By posting content, you represent that you have the rights to upload it and grant Parentahan a non-exclusive license to display and process it for platform operations.

5. Billing, Plans, and Credits

Some features require payment, including paid membership plans and credit packages. Payment requests are submitted by users and are only applied after manual proof verification and admin approval.

Boosting and sponsored placement features consume credits and follow the pricing and entitlement disclosures on the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Parentahan is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from user interactions, listing content, payment disputes, or third-party conduct.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under Philippine law.

7. Changes to Terms

Parentahan may update these terms to reflect legal, operational, and product changes. Updated versions take effect once posted with a new effective date.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
