What Users Are Paying For
Clear disclosure of what paid plans, credits, and billing requests cover on Parentahan.
Effective date: April 16, 2026
1. Membership Plan Payments
Users pay for membership tiers that define listing limits, monthly included credits, and inquiry visibility allowances per listing cycle.
Plan prices and entitlements are displayed in the Billing tab and may be updated by the platform with notice through posted policy updates.
2. Credit Package Payments
Users may purchase one-time credit packages for promotional actions such as listing boosts and featured placements, subject to current product rules.
Credits are added only after request approval. Approved credits are tracked in wallet and ledger history for transparency.
3. When Paid Features Activate
Payment submission alone does not activate paid features. Activation occurs after successful verification of payment proof and admin approval.
If a request is pending, rejected, or canceled, corresponding paid entitlements remain unavailable until a valid approved request exists.
4. What Users Are Not Paying For
Payments to Parentahan do not guarantee renter leads, booking results, lease execution, or any specific rental outcome.
Parentahan platform fees are separate from any landlord-renter private rental payments (such as deposits, advances, or monthly rent).
5. Pricing and Channel Notes
Prices shown on Parentahan are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Payment instructions and official channels are shown in-app during billing request flow.
Users must use the correct reference code when paying and submitting proof to avoid verification delays.
